  4. Write him a letter (and give it to him or keep it, but either way, this gets the feelings out)

  6. Go for a walk/to the gym

  7. Bake a cake

  8. Watch TV

  9. Begin a new novel

  10. Map out your five year plan

  11. Kiss your children

  12. Or… kiss your husband… and let it go Trust me, it’s not worth the jail time… (I’ve considered it).
